I hope you are doing well and staying safe at home! This is a friendly reminder to be gentle with yourself as you navigate a new normal of quarantine, distancing and isolation. It’s a very strange time for us all and grace and compassion for yourself and others goes a long way.

Social distancing can’t keep us from practicing Yoga together in spirit and sharing in the benefits of movement and breath work. I am so excited to begin offering virtual Yoga classes live via Zoom starting on Thursday, April 2nd at 5 p.m. – 6:15 EST!

“Pay-what-you-can” to join (minimum of $10) to practice with me live in the comfort of your home with your smart device, Yoga mat and optional blocks as props.

Here’s how to practice with me –

  • Send your payment via Venmo @trinperkins, cashapp $trinperkins or Paypal and I will send you the Zoom meeting ID. At this time, I am only accepting these payment options.
  • All payments must be received by 3pm on April 2nd so I’ll have enough time to send you the meeting ID.
  • The meeting ID will be sent to you via email. You will not be able to access the class without the ID.
  • **You do not have to have a Zoom account to attend the live class. You will be prompted to download the software once you click on the meeting ID. You can create a free account if you’d like, but it is not required to participate.

Thursday’s class will be a 75-min all-levels flow that focuses on strengthening and stretching the muscles of the back and shoulders. I don’t know about you, but all this teleworking from the couch is not doing my upper body any favors! I’m really looking forward to a soothing, mindful practice with you.
